Why Ask ''Why'' |
Posted: July 28, 2015 |
Why Ask "Why" Some of you may be feeling a bit weary of this life journey. Ever wonder what all the fuss about adulthood was really about? The niggling question of "why?" springs up, causing further disruption. **YOU WILL NEVER FIND JOY WHEN YOU ASK "WHY" "WHY" IS AN OUTSIDE DISRUPTION that creates a slippery slope especially if it becomes your foundation for living. **ASKING WHY IS JUST LOOKING FOR WHERE I CAN ASSIGN BLAME INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
If one can simply hold still for a moment, there can be a remedy. From that still moment comes an allowance to shift to a different thought with a different energy that can start a whole new experience. I know what you're thinking-- "Oh, that doesn't work" The list of excuses is endless. Plus this crappy existence sure appears and feels totally real, doesn't it? Aaah, Grasshopper...just like with any magic trick, deception and distraction can prevent you from seeing what's really happening. Your physical reality can blind you to your soul's reality. In each of you is a spark of joy that has not been extinguished by the drama or the deception. Little homework: I ask you to reframe any "why" into a "what if". By providing a new awareness of the experience, joy can be found. In fact, joy will find you.
